Residents Invited to Participate in Nov. 17, 2020, City Council Meeting
Arlington residents are invited to participate in Tuesday's City Council meeting with options to attend virtually or in-person, with safety measures in place.
Both the 11:30 a.m. special meeting and 2:30 p.m. afternoon session will be held virtually in the City Council Briefing Room with only Mayor Jeff Williams present. All other Councilmembers will attend virtually. The meeting will be broadcast online and on the City's cable channel.
Members of the public who wish to speak on a listed agenda item can send an email to [email protected] to register at any time until 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, or call 833-268-8354; Conference ID: 110-313-893#, starting at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, to register to speak. City staff will then call members of the public who register to speak on agenda items at the appropriate time during the City Council meeting. (When registering by email, please include your name and address for the record, as well as a telephone number, and the listed agenda item that you would like to speak on.)
The 6:30 p.m. evening session will be held in the Arlington City Council Chamber. Mayor Williams and some Councilmembers will be present. Other Councilmembers will attend virtually.
Members of the public are invited to attend but must wear a mask and practice social distancing. Residents who wish to speak in-person on a listed agenda item can register at the Council Chambers beginning at 6 p.m., Tuesday Nov. 17, 2020.

City staff will then call members of the public who register to speak on agenda items at the appropriate time during the City Council meeting.
