This year we have decided to offer two sessions for the event. 9:00am-11:30am and 11:30am-2:00pm. The event will be at the same location, but on the E-sports side of the building. Lunch is Grab & Go.

The Aging Well Expo for the 50+ adult is an in-person, free, fun, and an informational one-day event that brings businesses and the community together.  It’s a chance to interact with over 100 health professionals and attend a variety of interesting presentations on wellness.  There will be fitness demonstrations, entertainment, speakers, and health screenings.  Our hope is to engage and encourage adults to leave motivated to live healthier lives.
