A permit must be issued before any work is performed that requires a permit in the City of Arlington.
Common Violations
- Performing unpermitted electrical or plumbing work that can only be done by cutting in or removing part of a wall or ceiling
- Removal/replacement of:
- Interior or exterior air conditioning system
- Heating/air ventilation system
- Water heater
- Exterior door or window
- Fence
- Roof
