The committee shall serve in an advisory capacity concerning strategies and initiatives for improving the quality of the natural environment in the city.

• Members: Ten
• Terms: Two consecutive two-year terms, subject to the term limitation policy.
• Meetings: As needed with a minimum of four meetings per year.
