The Ethics Review Commission is responsible for hearing and ruling upon complaints alleging violations by a city official of specific enumerated standards of conduct as set forth in Section 12.02 of the city’s Code of Ethics.

• Members: Nine. Members may serve on other boards concurrently.
• Terms: Two consecutive two-year terms, subject to term limitation policy.
• Meetings: As needed.
