[Administration Chapter § 3.04]
This board serves in an advisory capacity concerning special transportation services of the city and is responsible for reviewing Handitran complaints and operations of the transportation system for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. The board makes recommendations to the City Council based on their review. They also serve as an appeals board for those persons claiming eligibility to use the transportation system and for any suspensions of service.

• Members: Nine
• Terms: Two consecutive two-year terms, subject to term limitation policy.
• Meetings: Quarterly and as needed.
