Unified Development Code Annual Update 2023
The Unified Development Code (UDC) has been amended and updated numerous times since its adoption in June 2014. Amendments keep the UDC relevant with changes that reflect the latest thinking and best practices on land use and development. Annual updates are made to eliminate unclear language, correct errors, and update content based on interpretations and practices of the department. The 2023 Annual Update was started in 2023.
