Maria Allen describes herself as a Dreamer, since coming to the United States in 2013 from Venezuela, she has always searched for her American Dream.

“I arrived to this country with the dream to have everything that I wasn’t allowed to have in my country”, said Maria Allen, owner of Done Staffing Solutions.

Maria holds a master’s degree in industrial psychology, but when she arrived to the United States, she had to hang her diploma on the wall and face her new reality. She started working as dishwasher and waiter, she always knew something bigger was ahead in her professional life. With her entrepreneur mind on, she noticed the need of staffing for big events and food service companies.

“I was working as a dishwasher and the client which I was working with he was needing more dishwasher so he said, ‘Maria can you bring more people?’ and I was like oh there is a business”, said Allen.

Maria and her family opened Done Staffing Solutions in 2019, an agency that provides highly qualified temporary personnel across a wide range of professional industries in Arlington.

“What make Done Staffing different is that we understand our employees, I was in their position. We understand that it’s not easy, we understand that they come with a story. They are here for a big reason that is why we treat them right with respect”, said Allen.

Maria is living her American Dream, but now her dream is in a different stage compared to 2013 when she arrived at Arlington.

“After being living my American Dream, it became to help others to achieve their American Dreams” Affirmed Allen.

Done Staffing Solutions headquarter is in Arlington, but they served the local community and businesses in the surrounding areas. With a network of more than 600 employees they have the capacity to provide staffing solutions for events across the nation.
