The City will host a free paper shredding and electronics recycling event from 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 14 on the southeast corner of Mitchell Street and Cooper Street (UTA parking). Proof of Arlington residency will be required to participate.

Paper shredding is limited to two boxes per vehicle and will end when the truck is full. Electronics accepted for recycling include computers, keyboards, printers, gaming consoles, CRT and LED monitors, video cameras, VCRs, radios, cell phones and small corded appliances. Please note that large household appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators will not be accepted. For disposal of large items, please contact Republic Services at (817) 317-2000.
