February might be the shortest month, but it’s packed with fun activities for all ages! Mark your calendar for these upcoming February events with Arlington Parks and Recreation.

Ventana Grille Valentine’s Dinner – Saturday, February 10 & Wednesday, February 14

Still in search of Valentine's Day dinner plans? Head to Ventana Grille at Tierra Verde Golf Club for the perfect romantic evening! Chefs James Martone and Ky Nguyen have created a wonderful three-course dinner, highlighted by entrée options including a tenderloin filet with chimichurri sauce, honey garlic salmon, or parm crusted chicken with chardonnay lemon butter. The price is $45.99 per person and this special menu will be available Saturday, February 10 and Wednesday, February 14. Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance. Valentine Tot Party – Tuesday, February 13

Let Dottie Lynn show you some love! Come by on February 13 for a morning filled with Valentine crafts, fun games, and special treats just for littles. This is a parent-tot event so all parents and grandparents are welcome to tag along. The tot party will begin at 10 AM and is designed for children ages 5 and under.

Valentine Penguin Craft (50+ yrs) – Tuesday, February 13

Seniors, join us on February 13 in the Senior Hall at East Library and Recreation Center to make an adorable penguin craft for Valentine's Day, the perfect gift to show some love to a friend or family member! The coordinator will provide all of the materials needed to those who register. This guided craft will start at noon and is free for Senior Activity Pass holders.

GAL-entine’s Day – Friday, February 16

This one is for the gals! East Library and Recreation Center will host a GAL-entine’s celebration on February 16 from 6-8:30 PM. Come spend a fun evening with your favorite girls and enjoy games, giveaways, and girl dinner! Dress code and who you bring is up to you. This event is for ages 16+.

Game Show Showdown – Thursday, February 29

Join us on leap day at Cliff Nelson Recreation Center for a combination competition of all your favorite game shows! Be a part of the spectacle and win stupendous prizes with some friendly competition in the Game Show Showdown. This event is for ages 18+ and the cost to register is $15. Bring your best game show skills for an afternoon of fun!
