This body is an Arlington sponsored nonprofit corporation with the purpose of furthering educational opportunities of students by providing funds for the acquisition of student loans.

• Members: Six
• Terms: Two-year terms, not subject to the term limitation policy.
• Meetings: Semi-annually and as needed.
• This board is not subject to the Boards and Commission Policy Statement.
