The Administrative Support Services division provides administrative and clerical support for the City Attorney’s Office, including the processing and review of council agenda items, preparation of resolutions and ordinances, liens and release of liens, and bankruptcy claims. This division is also responsible for providing administrative support for the Municipal Court Prosecutors and processing Citizen Complaint Affidavits. The staff in this division process invoices, make travel and training arrangements, provide cash handlers for the office who receive and process payments to the City for liens, utility committee memberships, and any other payments or reimbursements that the office receives, and includes the timekeepers and receptionists for the Office.
