Strategic Initiatives manages special projects on behalf of the City Manager’s Office and also houses Real Estate Services, the Neighborhood Engagement Program, Open Data and Analytics, the Landmark Preservation Commission and Historic Preservation Program, and the Arlington Urban Design Center.
