Levy Restaurants Named Exclusive Food, Beverage Vendor for Arlington Convention Center

Levy Restaurants has been named the exclusive food and beverage vendor for the Arlington Convention Center.

The Arlington City Council recently approved a three-year contract with Chicago-based company to provide catering, concession and beverage services for trade shows, banquets, conventions and other events hosted at the Convention Center.

' Levy will bring new energy and ideas, ' said Convention Center Director, Mark Wisness. ' We ' re looking forward to them taking the Convention Center to the next level in delivering a fresh, relevant dining experience for all guests. '

Levy ' s menus are crafted specifically for each event, to ensure the dining options meet the vision and needs of every event and guest, featuring seasonal and local produce and infusing the Arlington spirit into each dining experience.

' In partnering with the Arlington Convention Center, our culinary team will develop custom menus that use local flavors and ingredients to create a dining experience that uniquely reflects the Arlington community, from plate to hospitality, ' said Jim Kohler, Regional Vice President of Convention Centers for Levy.

Arlington Convention Center remains committed to hiring talent from within the community, and Levy will meet with and hire as many current convention center employees as possible in the transition.

Arlington Convention Center joins a growing presence for Levy in Texas, alongside Texas AM University, ATT Center, American Airlines Center, Toyota Center, Dallas Market Center, Austin Convention Center, BBVA Compass Stadium and Texas Motor Speedway.
