Some Arlington ISD students are one step closer to achieving their academic dreams, thanks to some caring individuals.

For the sixth-straight year, volunteers and AISD administrators participated in Operation Graduation last weekend, encouraging students who were enrolled in school last spring but have not returned this fall to re-enroll.

According to Arlington ISD, nearly 200 volunteers visited about 150 homes, and more than a dozen students either committed to re-enroll or enrolled on Saturday.
