Planned improvements include reconstruction of the drainage channel between East Park Row Drive and Moore Terrace. The existing concrete channel will be replaced with a 17-foot wide modular block wall channel with concrete floor. The City will also replace the sanitary sewer main under the channel as well as additional sanitary sewer lines for properties east of the channel.
The project is expected to be complete by July 2018.
