UT Arlington Celebrates Homecoming 2013 with Parade, Sports, Fireworks and Tradition

UT Arlington's Maverick Homecoming 2013 is packed with fun activities for everyone, including the Nov. 15 Parade and Pep Rally, featuring lighted floats, marching bands and special guests in front of College Park Center, 601 Spaniolo Drive. There will also be food, live music, a step show and reunions for various organizations. The parade begins at 5:45 p.m.

The men's basketball game features a matchup against Cleveland State at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at College Park Center. Tickets are available at www.utatickets.com. The After party and a spectacular Fireworks show follow the game on Moritz Plaza and beyond. College Park District restaurants will stay open late to provide food, drinks, and a place for people to gather with friends.

The fun's not over until The Bash makes its mark on campus from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16. This party at College Park Center will feature Illumina Live's new show iExperia from Boston. There will be a huge light and laser show, elaborate visual setup, a karaoke lounge and other surprises. Admission is $6 for enrolled students and $8 for the general public.
