Your monthly utilities bill has a new look! City of Arlington Water Utilities customers are noticing the new bill format is more visual, with easy-to-find contact information, usage graphs and a highly readable breakdown of all of the utilities services.
"Our goal was to design a water bill featuring a clean look and easy-to-read data,"said Laurie Foreman, Customer Service Manager for Arlington Water Utilities. 'We think customers will be pleased with the new bill design."The new bills began mailing on April 1.
More changes are on the way, too. Beginning May 15, utility customers will no longer receive a return envelope with their monthly mailed statement.
Customers have eight convenient ways to pay without using a stamp, including online bill payment, at one of 50Fidelity Express locations throughout Arlington, or via bankdrafting.
If you prefer mailing in your payment, you can email [email protected] to receive 12 return envelopes in the mail. Or you can stop by a Arlington Water Utilities location to pick up a year's supply of envelopes. 'Our overall goal is to provide both a quality product and quality service that will exceed customer expectations,"said Foreman.
