Season tickets for UT Arlington Baseball and Softball are now on sale at UTATickets.com, with single-game tickets available on Feb. 2.
Season ticket prices for the 24-game baseball schedule at Clay Gould Ballpark are $75. The Clay Gould Ballpark schedule includes all 15 Sun Belt Conference home games and one tournament. All seating at Clay Gould Ballpark is general admission.
Baseball single-game tickets are $5 for the general public and $3 for UTA students. The Mavericks will open up the home portion of their schedule on Feb. 20 against Southeastern Louisiana in the UTA Hilton Invitational.
Season tickets do not include the UTA's home game at Globe Life Park in Arlington on March 17 against Texas. Information on tickets for Mavericks' matchup with the Longhorns will be released at a later date.
The UTA baseball team is coming off of a 33-26 season that ended in the Sun Belt Conference Championship game. The Mavs also had a record number of players taken in the 2014 MLB draft, as six players were selected, raising UTA's all-time draft total to 48 players.
Season ticket prices for the 25-game softball home schedule at Allan Saxe Field are $75 for reserved seating and $40 for general admission, which includes 12 Sun Belt Conference games and a pair of tournaments. A new option for Maverick softball fans is the Diamond Club, which includes a reserved seat and a donation to softball for $100.
Softball single-game tickets are $7 for reserved seating, $5 for general admission and $3 for UTA students. The Mavericks will hold their season opener on Feb. 12 against Incarnate Word in the Maverick Invitational.
The UT Arlington softball team concluded its 2013-14 season with a 1-1 run in the Sun Belt Conference Championship. The Mavericks were 21-33 overall, including a 4-16 mark in the SBC. Nina Villanueva was named first team all-conference after leading the team with a .348 batting average, including a .442 mark in Sun Belt action.
