The Arlington Police Department needs your help identifying the suspect responsible for a series of robberies that happened in the metroplex over the past four months. Police say there have been at least seven related robberies, with three of the robberies happening in Arlington during July, August and September of this year. The robberies generally happened in the evenings at either pizza restaurants or cell phone stores. In some of the Arlington robberies, the suspect entered the businesses with a black handbag and demanded money while revealing a handgun. In one case, the suspect is believed to have left the scene in a white Nissan 4-door passenger car with tinted windows.
The Arlington Police Department released photos taken from surveillance video on September 29th, the date of the latest robbery. Police are hoping the photos help investigators find the suspect responsible for multiple robberies. To watch the video, please visit the Arlington Police Department's YouTube channel at youtube.com/arlingtonpolicemedia. The video shows the suspect pull out a handgun during the robbery.
Anyone with information about these suspects is asked to call Arlington Police Robbery Detective Seth Archer directly at 817-459-5336or Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS (8477). Tipsters may remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
