He is a small male Jack Russell Terrier mix with handsome coloring. Frankie is five years young, neutered, and weighs 13 pounds.

Arlington Animal Services Volunteer and professional photographer Sylvia Elzafon of Sylvia Elzafon Photography took Frankie on an outing for some fun rolling around in clover during a photo shoot. Ms. Elzafon said the following about Frankie:

"He has a very calm, sweet disposition. Really likes to be close to you and be held - he loved it when I carried him around. Is very sweet with people and didn't seem aggressive with a couple of dogs we passed by. He was playful and bouncy inside when I had treats to offer. Such a doll!"
