Energize life by attending the Arlington Boomer & Senior Expo on Thursday, March 7 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 5819 W. Pleasant Ridge. This one-day extravaganza will showcase the latest in information, resources, products and services for mature Arlington residents.

Older adults, baby boomers, caregivers, families, persons with disabilities and professionals are welcome to attend this Expo. Explore more than 40 exhibitors and vendors, enjoy a free lunch, play a few games of bingo, take advantage of a wide variety of health screenings, and much more.

"The Arlington Boomer and Senior Expo is great venue for people ages 55 and over, including our seniors, to discover the wonderful products and services currently available in the community, all of which are designed to make life more enjoyable,' said Frank del Bosque, Director of Events for DFW Expos and Events.
