Drivers will get a reprieve Tuesday morning as many of the rail crossings will begin to open. Cooper Street, N. Center Street and Mesquite are now open. Collins Street is scheduled to open later in the day. Stadium Drive East is scheduled to open Wednesday.
Davis Drive is closed and Great Southwest Parkway is expected to remain closed until February 3.
