If your weekend commute involves Collins Street or Stadium Drive in central Arlington, make sure to map your route ahead of time.
The UPRR advises the rail crossing at Collins Street will close Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. and Stadium Drive East is scheduled to close by 10:00 a.m. Drivers should make plans for an alternate route and expect delays.
These closures are in addition to those at Davis Street, Cooper Street, Center Street and Mesquite Street, all of which will remain closed through the MLK holiday weekend.
Great Southwest Parkway will close on Monday.
