Meet Billy, the Arlington Services' Center Cat of the Week! Billy is excited to carry the title of Cat of the Week! Billy is a black and white Tuxedo adult male cat that weighs around 11 pounds. He is strong and stout! Billy was brought into the shelter on July 8, and ever since then he has patiently been waiting for someone to come adopt him so he can have a chance at a new, loving life. He was found as a stray, so the volunteers do not know his past history. We do know he is a total sweetheart! He comes off as shy at first, but quickly warms up to you. The volunteers do know he is great with older children. Billy is cool and collected, and he absolutely loves to be petted and loved on.
