Arlington's thriving arts and culture scene is taking center stage this summer, as one of the largest collections of African American art ever to visit North Texas, is on display at the Arlington Museum of Art.
Spend a day getting lost in the museum's summer exhibitions: Harlem Renaissance: A Celebration of Art & Culture, featuring works from artists such as Jacob Lawrence, Charles White, Aaron Douglas and Richmond Barthé, and the Smithsonian's William H. Johnson: An American Modern, which includes 20 pieces of Johnson's paintings, drawings and pictures.
Watch the video to learn more about of these two great exhibitions before they close on Aug. 25.
