The Arlington Parks & Recreation Department is asking for the public's help in trying to find the suspect(s) responsible for vandalizing some play equipment at Allen Saxe Park. Nessie, the department's beloved dragon, was recently damaged, with the vandals removing the dragon's head. The damage is estimated to cost $5,000.
