A public meeting will be held at Arlington City Hall tonight at 6:30 p.m. to solicit public input regarding improvements to Julia Burgen Park. Improvements would include demolition, grading and turf establishment of the area between Park Row and Collin Streets.

"The purpose of the meeting is to review the conceptual plan for the park, and the design components shown in the construction plans from 2005," Assistant Director Gary Packan said. "Priorities will be established from citizen feedback for the best use of available and future funding for the Johnson Creek Greenway in cooperation with our planning efforts with the Army Corps of Engineers."
