He came into the shelter on December 3 as a stray. His kitten personality shines! He is spunky, fun, outgoing, and very entertaining to watch! Chester is very lovable and he is so sweet. Volunteers say he is probably the most outgoing in Cat Adoptions right now at the shelter. His personality is very warm and just invites people in to see and visit with him.
