Earlier this week, 15 Sergeants graduated from the School of Police Supervision, an Institute for Law Enforcement Administration (ILEA) course.
This is the only independent four-week school in the nation for police supervisors and recognizes the importance of supervision as a major management function in law enforcement. The curriculum focuses on the transition from "street policing" to management, especially the social and personal adjustments.
At the graduation Tuesday, Arlington was well-represented with notable accomplishments going to Sgt. Brook Rollins (class president), Sgt. Kyle Dishko (valedictorian), Sgt. Kendra Warr and Sgt. Brook Rollins (recognized as one of the top five academic members), and Sgt. Don Pilcher (ILEA Alumni Association presented Award for Professionalism).

Sergeant Thedrick Andres, Sergeant John Brown, Sergeant Kevin Brown, Sergeant Todd Burson, Sergeant Kyle Dishko, Sergeant Jeff Houston, Sergeant Ricardo Lucero, Sergeant Michael Moses, Sergeant Vincent Pewitt, Sergeant Don Pilcher, Sergeant Paul Rodriguez, Sergeant Brook Rollins, Sergeant Alex Simmons, Sergeant Robert Vorpahl, and Sergeant Kendra Warr.
