The season is changing and so is City Hall in downtown Arlington. Watch as a special crane hoists the new Chesapeake Energy Corporation Christmas Tree into place in front of City Hall on November 26 at 10 a.m. The new tree will be decorated with more than 3,000 brand new LED bright white lights. The official lighting of the tree will follow the 2013 Decorators Warehouse Holiday Lights Parade on December 7.
