Meet Scooter, the Arlington Animal Services chosen Dog of the Week. Scooter is a young male Keeshond Mix who weighs approximately 27 pounds. Friendly and energetic, volunteers say that Scooter is a favorite. Scooter knows "sit", "down" and is very attentive and treat motivated. This darling young boy is looking for a "fur-ever" home and is available for adoption today. We believe that Scooter would be best suited for a family with a yard to run in with tall fences since he is playful and is a great jumper when playing with his toys. Volunteers believe that Scooter would do well with an active family who is willing to train him, as he is very intelligent. He seems to be the type of dog that would do well with agility training or play time that involves "fetching" a frisbee, ball or other type of toy. Scooter is friendly with children, and is believed to be dog friendly as well. If you are looking for a great dog with lots of personality and a bundle of fun, Scooter may be the dog for you! We invite you to visit Scooter today! Ask for the Dog of the Week located in Dog Adoptions DA25, ID # A21406733. Scooter's adoption fees include all core vaccinations, micro-chip, neuter and 30 days free pet insurance.
