The Arlington Tomorrow Foundation awarded 24 grants worth more than $4.8 million last year to enhance city services and support charitable causes, according to the organization's 2015 annual report.
The grants, both large and small, ranged from a $2.5 million gift toward the future George W. Hawkes Central Library and City Council Chamber/community room to a $6,500 grant for Symphony Arlington to help purchase Arlington Music Hall tickets for senior residents.
