Join the USTA (United States Tennis Association) in celebrating May as National Tennis Month. The Sixth Annual Arlington USTA Block Party will be held at the Arlington Tennis Center on Saturday, May 4, 2013, from 1-4 p.m.

" The USTA Block Party is one of our most exciting events of the year, and it has grown annually," Arlington Tennis Center Facility Manager Sheryl Osborn said. " The free block party allows us to introduce hundreds of people from Arlington, and surrounding cities, to the game of tennis. This event is always fun for the community and our staff."

The Arlington USTA Block Parties have seen attendance in excess of 400 people, in prior years. Event attendees will be able to enjoy adult tennis drills, target and contest courts, " 10 and Under Tennis" courts, music, light refreshments, and a dunking booth benefitting animal services.
