The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board has awarded a $200,000 grant to The University of Texas at Arlington to enhance its high school-based college readiness offices, also known as "GO Centers."
Carla Amaro-Jiménez, assistant professor in the College of Education and Health Professions, directs the Pathways to College Access and Career Readiness Program that oversees the GO Centers.
