The 2021 MLK ART CONTEST is open to junior high and high school students attending Arlington schools or residing within Arlington city limits.

The winning design will appear on T-shirts, posters, flyers, and programs associated with the Arlington MLK Celebration.

First Place — $1,000 Award
Second Place — $750 Award
Third Place — $500 Award

Art Contest Rules:

1. Submission deadline: 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2020
2. Theme: Advancing the Dream: Unifying Our Nation
3. Designs are to be original drawings and may include original computer graphics.
4. Artwork can be supplied as a full color rendering or a black and white version. All submissions must be on 8.5 by 11-inch art paper and mounted.
5. Entries will be judged in November.
