Commercial Fee Calculator

Commercial: Three or more dwelling units in a building.

This fee calculator may be used to calculate project building permit fees and plan review fees for all commercial and multifamily construction projects. The project building permit includes all building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permit fees. The 35% plan review fee must be paid at the time the application is submitted. The plan review fee is non-refundable. The project valuation includes the fair market value of the proposed improvements, including the architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, paving, parking, drive approach and the contractor's profit. Click here to launch calculator.
