Arlington City Council members Jimmy Bennett and Charlie Parker will co-host a town hall meeting tonight at 7 p.m. to discuss a proposed $160 million apartment development for East Lamar Blvd. in north Arlington.

In June, the city council members approved a multi-million investment package for developer JCKPL, which is proposing to tear down four existing complexes between Rolling Hill Country Club and Lincoln Drive and build higher-quality, high-density apartments on a 31-acre area. This project will take several years to complete.

Learn more about the project and what impact it will have on the city and Roquemore Elementary School.
