On Thursday, October 26, 2023, at approximately 12:26 p.m., the Arlington Police Department responded to a three-vehicle wreck in the 4400 block of W. Division Street.

Investigators believe the driver of a 2012 Toyota Camry was traveling eastbound along Division Street when, for an unknown reason, she crossed into the westbound lanes of traffic and struck a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The force of the impact caused the Camry to collide with a Ford Edge that was also traveling westbound.

The driver of the Camry, a 44-year-old woman, was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced deceased from her injuries. 

The drivers of the Tacoma and Edge were also transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the deceased once next of kin have been notified.
