SFC LLP, a full-service regional accounting firm, celebrated its new headquarters at 200 E. Front St. in Downtown Arlington with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Dec. 12. SFC serves clientele across various industries including privately held companies, non-profit organizations and individuals. The company focuses on blending the professionalism of a national firm with the approachability of a local establishment.
“The new headquarters is not only a huge milestone in the firm’s story, but it is a steppingstone for the firm’s future. We look forward to growing and being a resource to the community,” said Paul Cary, CPA and partner with SFC.
With deep roots in Arlington for over 40 years, SFC consolidated multiple locations into its central headquarters in Downtown Arlington and maintains a staff of over 60 employees. The building, designed by 97w, emphasizes natural light through its glass and steel structure and pays homage to Arlington with iconic imagery throughout the space.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Sutton Frost Cary who brought their corporate headquarters Downtown – I believe it’s the first new corporate headquarters we’ve had Downtown in 40 years,” said Maggie Campbell, president and CEO of the Downtown Arlington Management Corporation.
Campbell said that numerous new tenants would soon be moving into Downtown’s recent Urban Union expansion, as well as other projects like the dog park reaching completion.
“Sutton Frost Cary is supporting all of that and driving to be part of our Downtown community,” she said.
