Arlington Municipal Court to conduct Annual Warrant Resolution drive from February 24, 2025, to March 14, 2025

Warrant Resolution encourages defendants to voluntarily come into compliance with their outstanding court obligations. Individuals who are concerned that they have an outstanding City of Arlington warrant or have received a violation and are unsure of what options are available, are encouraged to contact the Arlington Municipal Court. If you have an outstanding citation, you are encouraged to call, email, visit the city web page, or come to the court in-person to take the necessary steps to resolve the matter.
As an incentive to resolve warrants during this timeframe, the City of Arlington Municipal Court will waive collection agency fees on warrants paid in full between February 24, 2025, to March 14, 2025.
To receive this incentive, the official warrant notice is required to be presented. Individuals with warrants in jurisdictions other than Arlington should contact those jurisdictions for information about how to clear those warrants.
The Arlington Municipal Court is a Safe Harbor Court. This means that Individuals may voluntarily appear at any time to resolve their outstanding cases without the fear of being arrested for Arlington Municipal Court warrants.
“Nobody wants the stress of an active warrant, and this event gives people the opportunity to resolve their violations without fear of arrest. This annual campaign provides people an opportunity to come into compliance with their violation and be accountable. I encourage anyone with an outstanding violation to contact the Court and find out what options are available for resolution.” Court Administrator Jake Medrano said.
The Municipal Court’s business hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday for court clerk customer services and payments. The Arlington Municipal Court has temporarily relocated to UTA’s former School of Social Work Building located at 211 S. Cooper Street, Bldg. A, -the corner of Cooper and Abram.
