In this episode of “Aging Well Arlington,” we explore the benefits of nonprofit Sixty & Better’s Walk With a Doc program.

This free program, geared for residents ages 60 and up of all mobility levels, incorporates physical activity, health education and social connection. Led by medical professionals, these monthly walks begin with a brief presentation followed by a self-paced walk and informal health-related Q&A.

Walk with a Doc is held the third Friday of each month at the East Library and Recreation Center, 1817 New York Ave. Visit www.sixtyandbetter.org to learn more and see a calendar of events.
